SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

-> Quadrupled Qtask installed base in 12 months. Defined positioning, product roadmap, and go to market strategy. Hired a new team, established sales,

marketing and customer service operations, and successfully implemented plan resulting in acquiring reference customers, and getting a website Google rank of

5/7 and the Red Herring NA100 Award.

-> Drove Tekelec’s CSSG’s sales from $18M in 2004 to $75M in 2006. As VP Product Management and Marketing, unified the product management and product

marketing functions. Hired a new team. Clarified roles and responsibilities. Created Communications Software Solutions Group’s (CSSG) first cohesive three-

year business plan.

-> Tripled Tekelec’s CSSG’s sales in North America. CSSG had been very successful worldwide except in North America. Its products were not viewed as Tier1

ready and credible for the US market. Hired a product marketing manager who raised the perception of the NA sales force toward CSSG, and launched new

products tailored to North America.

-> Overcame cultural and language problems during Steleus / Tekelec integration. CSSG Product Management and Marketing team was composed of personnel

from two different companies (Steleus, Tekelec) and countries (France, USA). Assigned shared responsibilities, set up mixed work groups; achieved highly

effective team unification in one year.

-> Restored Steleus profitability, doubling international business contribution. Clarified positioning, value proposition and targeted markets. Hired new resources

(Europe, Singapore), got rid of low performers, reorganized sales territories, roles and responsibilities, established business discipline and metrics. Closed a

Master Purchase Agreement with Orange Group worth 30% of the company revenue in 2003/2004. Won Agilent account that generated $17M to Tekelec in 2006.


CAREER HISTORY

-> VP Sales & Marketing, Qtask - March 2008 to current. Established brand and quadrupled installed base. Created all sales, marketing and customer service

operations, leading a geographically distributed staff (US, Canada, Europe).

-> VP Business Operations, Tekelec - CSSG, 2007. Established CSSG’s first formal business operations processes and transformed the CSSG business

($75M) to fully scalable on a worldwide basis. Achieved first step of TL9000 Certification.

-> VP Product Management & Marketing, Tekelec, 2005-2007. Managed all CSSG marketing and product management activities (45p) including P&L, price and

margin establishment, and achieved four-fold revenue. Completed post acquisition Steleus (prior employer) and Tekelec PMM teams integration (Tekelec acquired

Steleus for $56M in October 2004).

-> EVP Sales & Marketing, Steleus, 2001- 2004. Restored company profitability in 2004 and grew international business from 30% in 2001 to 70% in 2004

(Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pac.). Increased annual revenue by a 20%+ average.

-> Earlier: 16 years of Sales, Sales Management (staff up to 70p, $70M revenue) and European Sales Training positions with SellingVision (SaaS CRM start up),

Cegetel Entreprises (Telco operator Vivendi/Vodafone/BT Group); Sun Microsystems, Sybase and Texas Instruments.
